Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership,direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team
- Should have experience catering National and International clients
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets,and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Basic Necessary Skills:
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Experience with Digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
