Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership,direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
  • Should have experience catering National and International clients..
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets,and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
  • Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

Basic Necessary Skills:

  • Proven experience as Financial Analyst, finance officer or relevant role
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Experience with Digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
