Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and network security systems.
- Handle hardware troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades.
- Oversee networking setup, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and endpoint security management.
- Monitor and manage servers, backups, and system health.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Firewall configuration and management.
- Good understanding of Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Solid knowledge of Networking setup, maintenance, and support.
- Ability to manage and maintain IT security and system protection.
- Experience with Server management.
- Understanding of Networking protocols, access points, routers, and network components.
