Key Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven results
- Must have experience working on international projects (e-commerce and service-based)
- Strong English communication skills for client interactions and reporting
- Good understanding of AI tools for ad creation, automation, and optimization
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for international clients across e-commerce and service-based sectors
- Develop, implement, and refine paid advertising strategies to achieve high ROI
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimization
- Execute Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns with daily performance monitoring
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to enhance conversion rates
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, remarketing lists, and attribution models
