Key Skills:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken, written, reading, and listening)
  • Strong understanding of Keyword Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Advanced expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising — including ad copywriting, audience selection, targeting, and A/B testing
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook Pixel setup, event tracking, and data analysis
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of performance marketers or ad executives
  • Experience managing large-budget campaigns and optimizing CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rates
  • Strong skills in ad copywriting and creative testing for multiple audience segments
  • Proficiency in Analytics and Goal Tracking
  • Ability to monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to achieve performance targets
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms (a plus)
  • Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and manage complex tasks independently

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to understand client goals, target audience, and business models
  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for both international and Indian clients
  • Lead a team of junior Meta Ads executives, ensuring timely execution and campaign performance
  • Guide the team in strategy planning, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage various campaign objectives — Conversions, Website Clicks, Traffic, Remarketing, etc.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns for best ROI and performance
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to clients
  • Maintain a daily working sheet and submit it to the reporting manager
  • Perform daily campaign optimizations and track account health across clients
  • Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction
