Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).
• Experience in hiring at all levels of experience, like Manager, senior-level and junior-level positions
• Must have experience in the end-to-end Recruitment process.
• Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
• Screening Candidates from different Job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social networking, etc.)
• Must have the ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for the best results.
• Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates Relevant to the requirement.
• Must have strong follow-up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements.
• Maintaining reports and a database of candidates.
• Must be flexible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
